Just when I thought the trucks had stopped coming, I get my helmet today. Now I feel good again. In the next few days, I should get my paperwork to get my driver's license renewed as well.

Headers installed. A semi-difficult job. It also turns out that sometime after the race on the 28th, my brake light switch went dead. A friend of mine did a temporary fix, but I got a new one today. I also bought some high temperature (1200F) paint for the headers. After they were on though, and I started the engine, the paint started to bubble and now it looks like a frankenmobile. Big deal. Also, I had to use a hacksaw to remove the old exhaust and the header dumps out 4 inches more towards the driver's side. I'll try to take it to the muffler shop tomorrow but it will be a noisy trip for sure.
